   This is a website about HUMAN RIGHTS INFRINGEMENTS in Romania and how the lawful authorities are ignored by the legal bodies.

    The events posted on this blog are real, events that happened before and on the 18^th of July 2012, when Mr Dumitru Sibisanu – in an armed group, after 22:00 hrs – trespassed private property to assault members of the Cercel family.

   This events is just one of the 3 assaults he and his accomplices have committed during the 18^th of July; events that continued at later dates – under the protection of:

• Politia Municipala Medgidia,
• Politia Comunitara Medgidia,
• Parchetul Judecatoriei Medgidia,
• Parchetul Curtii de Apel Constanta,

protection obtained through “car transactions”, other similar transactions and friendship and unity between the following:

• Mr Braik Marian,
• Mr Chespi Temucin,
• Mr Sabin Nica,
• Ms Georgiana Glavan,
• Mr Marius Chirila,
• Ms Carmen Elena Grecu.
